Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your custom fob cover, I will do everthing in my power to make it right by exchanging or refunding your purchase price. I will make a new fob cover and send it out within 7 days. Some reasons to ask for a new cover or a refund include:

1. Your item arrived in a physically damaged state.

2. Your item is the wrong color or has incorrect custom engraving.

3. Your item does not match what was ordered.

If you wish to cancel your order before it is complete, just contact me via email (admin@thunderforge.us) or the contact page. If you cancel your order before I start the manfucaturing process and I will give you a 100% refund.

Since 99% of the covers I ship are custom-made, please be mindful of the time and cost it requires to make and ship a custom fob cover. If the item you ordered can be resold, I may request that you return the item to me in an envelope that I will send to you.
